Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointments:

  • Appointment cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Products:

  • Due to the nature of herbal products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened.
  • Refunds will be considered only in case of damaged or incorrect product delivery.
  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
