Appointments:
- Appointment cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointments are non-refundable.
Products:
- Due to the nature of herbal products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened.
- Refunds will be considered only in case of damaged or incorrect product delivery.
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
